- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- Pinch of salt
- 3 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla

First combine cocoa powder, sugar, pinch of salt, and boiling water to a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a slow boil and whisk until Ingredients well combined. Then add milk, whipping cream, and vanilla and cook until heated through. Serve immediately or add to crock pot on warm setting. When ready to serve fill the cup with cocoa and add peeps, whipped topping and sprinkles as desired! Use wooden skewers to layer as many peeps as desired! enjoy!
